上面两句中的 reception和personnel均表示地址，意思分别为“接待处”和“人事部门”，但为何都没用冠词呢？
▲关于 reception
reception 表示“接待处”，为不可数名词，其前一般不需要冠词（有时可大写第一个字母）。如：
Ask for me at reception. 在接待处找我。
Please leave your key at reception. 请把钥匙放在接待处。
He had a call from Reception. 他接到了接待处的电话。
Visitors must report to reception first. 来客需要先在接待处登记。
但若遭到定语修饰表示“…的接待处”，则一般要用定冠词。如：
I met my friend at the reception of her office. 我在朋友办公室的接待处见到了她。
另外，在at the reception desk 中也要用冠词。如：
The woman who was sitting behind the reception desk gave Parker a big smile. 坐在接待处的女子向帕克热情微笑。

但若用作主语，谓语动词可用单数或复数。如：
Personnel has [have] lost my tax forms. 人事部门把我的税收表格弄丢了。
